While mankind struggles to reduce the emission of fossil carbon, this is used quite freely for manufacturing cleaning products. Therefore, it is important to use raw materials of vegetal sources, renewable and independent from petroleum.
Rivers and oceans are flooded by residues neither completely nor quickly biodegradable. Petrochemicals are not easily biodegraded and cause severe harm to the environment until they are finally assimilated by nature. On the contrary, products derived from plants are readily biodegraded and quickly assimilated.

For IBD, advancements in this area will be slower, but feasible. First of all, we shall eliminate the use of petrochemicals. Then, we shall use organic or natural certified inputs and raw materials.
