1) What are Ecologically Correct Products?
Ecologically products are those that present the lowest risk to human health and have the least impact to the environment.
2) What is the difference between conventional products and EcoPath products?
EcoPath products are made of raw materials of plant origin. They are completely natural, non toxic, quickly biodegradable and are very efficient. Conventional cleaning products that are said to be biodegradable are made of raw materials derived from petroleum and take longer to biodegrade.
3) Are EcoPath products certified organic?
EcoPath products are not certified as organic but as natural. For a product to be organic at least 95% of its ingredients would have to be certified organic. To this day organic certification exists only for cosmetics and food items.
EcoPath products are certified as natural by IBD – (Biodynamic Institute –www.ibd.com.br) and also by Rainforest Alliance ( www.rainforest-alliance.org).
4) Is Aloe Vera the main ingredient in EcoPath products?
No, the main ingredient is saponified coconut oil. The organic/biodynamic Aloe Vera which is grown on our own family farm is another ingredient used because of its natural enzymes and soothing properties for the skin.
